I am a software engineer and independent builder who thinks in systems and platforms rather than one-off features. I work comfortably across software architecture, backend, and full-stack product design, and I enjoy taking a business requirement all the way to a working, maintainable system.
Lately I have been building a modular ERP/POS ecosystem — a generic, reusable core with industry-specific functionality delivered as independently licensed plugins, designed for offline-first operation with sync when a connection is available. In parallel I build AI-powered applications: local LLM deployment, offline assistants, RAG and semantic search, and knowledge-graph systems.
I value long-term maintainability, extensibility, and repeatable foundations that can generate multiple products — a software factory rather than a pile of apps.

Offline-first, bilingual Egyptian-heritage knowledge platform: agentic RAG over museums, artifacts, pharaohs and deities, with hybrid search and computer-vision artifact analysis — running fully locally.
Private, on-device bilingual Q&A search: hybrid BM25 + vector retrieval (BGE-M3) with grounded, cited answers from a local LLM, and multi-format ingestion including Arabic OCR.
Offline-first, gamified learning platform (PWA) with an AI mentor and hands-on labs, powered by an on-device LiteRT-LM model — bilingual from day one.
An offline-first learning app for Egyptian primary students (grades 1–6): AI pre-generates the curriculum — lessons, quizzes, study plans, audio pronunciation and diagrams — once on a dev machine, and the app ships it bundled with zero runtime cloud, accounts or ads.
A retail platform built on a free generic core plus paid industry plugins (supermarket, pharmacy, …): sales, inventory, purchases, cash management and a rule-based Business Doctor — with offline Ed25519 licensing.
Enterprise tender-management platform: BOQ/drawings versioning, vendor & RFQ portals, AI document processing with circuit-breaker resilience, real-time notifications and full RBAC across 29 modules.
Central jail management system: inmate and case tracking, real-time chat, automated jobs (releases, cleanup, backups) and Excel reporting, fully containerized with role-based access.
A 100% offline desktop app for Egyptian tutoring centers: students, teachers, groups, attendance, payments with installments and per-lesson billing, expenses, PDF reports, and a dashboard with profit and rule-based insights — fully bilingual (AR/EN) with device licensing.
A production-ready social ride-sharing PWA: create and join rides with seat management, subscriptions and rewards, real-time coordination chat, push notifications and an admin approval panel.
A modern construction-company website with programmatic SEO: dynamic service-area pages, automated OG images, validated quote forms and email integrations — production-tested across Vercel, Firebase and Netlify.
A reusable, production-grade Express + GraphQL boilerplate with a clean layered architecture (Route → Controller → Service → Repository), switchable MongoDB/MySQL persistence, JWT auth, Socket.io, i18n, fail-fast env validation and a full security/validation/logging middleware stack.
A domain-agnostic architecture kit for offline-first Flutter apps with no backend: content ships as JSON seeded into local SQLite, optional asset packs download once from a free Google Drive folder, the app self-updates via a sideloaded APK manifest, and paid apps can sit behind an Ed25519 device-bound offline license.
A doctor-data platform pairing a desktop (Electron) client with cloud services and automated data import/scraping, backed by a PostgreSQL data model and end-to-end test coverage.

A forestry-management platform for tree-inventory data: CSV/Excel ingestion, record management, data visualization and automated AI-generated reports — bilingual (EN/FR).
